No, a referral is not necessary to book an Audiologist appointment with us in Orléans, but we still accept referrals from many healthcare professionals such as Family Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists.

Yes, we provide hearing aids and their related services, as they are part of acoustic rehabilitation options. Once the hearing aids selected in your rehab process, our Audiologists use advanced fitting techniques (including real-ear measurements) to ensure that your hearing aids are tailored to your individual auditory profile. Our initial fitting consultations are booked for 90 minutes, to allow enough time to provide all the counselling you may need to use your hearing aids, and to understand the overall expectations in your daily hearing environments.
